Guven Watches Technical Service was established to eliminate technical issues in products and to provide flawless after-sales service. At our Technical Service, where highly skilled experts who receive regular international training work; all kinds of maintenance operations are carried out—from minor repairs such as dial replacement to full restoration, from ultrasonic cleaning to water resistance testing and strap replacement.
The Technical Service ensures that all sold products operate more efficiently and have a longer lifespan. Having maintenance performed by a fully authorized service and replacing parts with original components allows the product to be used smoothly for many years. Moreover, every product serviced by our Technical Service is covered by a 1-year warranty provided by Guven Watches.
